Now it is my turn for Cancer

I have colon cancer. I was diagnosed February 5th and had surgery February 7th. I can't run away from it or hide because there is no running from it. It will consume me for the next decade at least. I will survive only to watch the rest of my family succumb to diseases. I will need to spend some time keeping myself sane. Because I thought I would loose my hair, I had it cut short. Not too bad a look for someone who will need to become strong in the face of additional adversity.
May God bless me with healing...

Hello, Frank's Girl. I stumbled onto your blog and have been stirred by your story. I feel your pain and the pain of your family. I feel that someone, even a stranger should say to you that they care. Somehow. In the big picture. I care about you and your pain. I'll be watching to see how you are doing.
