Christmas with the Duck

When I came to work on Monday, this is what greeted me. The DUCK in an elf's hat! (Don't know what his/her name is.) Cute, don't you think?

What you may not know is that CyFair is having a mascot crisis! The students want something more dramatic for a mascot so the Duck may pass on to Mascot Heaven soon. Until then, speculation is high, although I haven't heard where the new votes will end and those in the know are keeping mum. We were sent out a survey and everyone signed it, including me! I can't remember what I put down, so it wasn't very memorable.

The College Relations department is having am Angel Tree, so I picked up an ornament. I get to buy a 12 year-old boy and bat and glove! I thought you'd approve!

Now, I need to make sure I get it purchased and brought to the office so the little tyke can play ball!
